GENERAL FAQs for the True Crime & Paranormal Podcast Festival can be found below. If your question wasn’t answered, please feel free to submit a question using the form below. The list will be updated periodically.

Q: What is Ethical True Crime?
A: What do we mean when we say ‘The Ethical Consumption of True Crime’? Well, we mean that we take a look at the creators behind the content. Are they glorifying the perpetrator at the expense of the victim? Are they sharing information that is helpful or are they sharing information that is harmful? Ultimately, at TCPF we put victims first. They will always be given a safe environment here. If that isn’t for you, we understand.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A:
No cash refunds are permitted under any circumstance, but if you can no longer attend there are two options: a) A ticket transfer to another person or b) Receive a coupon code for 100% of the amount paid, which can be used against any future TCPF event.

Q: Do I have to stay at the festival hotel?
A:
Nope! We make every effort to find affordable accommodations but, we understand the need for other options. You won’t miss too much fun.
